ARRO is a parent-founded, non profit organization designed to recruit and train staff for in-home programs servicing children with Autism.

• We are parent-founded: we are motivated to help families with effective caring staff in their homes.
• We are non profit: we are committed to working towards the best possible outcomes for the most possible families, at the lowest possible cost.
• We are actively recruiting a high quality staff; all staff people will be interviewed, assessed and have a background check prior to placement with your family.
• We have gathered some of the most qualified trainers in the state of New Hampshire to write curriculum/training materials and to provide at least 16 classroom hours of training prior to placement.

For families of children with Autism, the need for trained, reliable in-home help is critical. Children with Autism thrive on consistency, yet families have many competing needs in their homes that can compromise high levels of consistency. A trained caregiver can give the child the support they need, while enabling the family to pursue activities outside their homes.
